THE FUTURE OF WORK IS ALREADY HERE
AI-powered Digital Employees designed to help businesses execute real tasks across customer service, sales, administration and operations.
Add work capacity. Not headcount.
From conversation to action.
The Staff Backend overview in the demo, where the hotel team works alongside the Digital Employee.
The guest asks for two extra towels in room 304. WOW replies that it registered REQ-DEMO-005 and prepared it for Housekeeping.
The same request appears in the Request Center with status Registered, department Housekeeping.
Demo environment: fictional hotel data and simulated integrations. The screens show a request being registered; they do not show the work being carried out. Select a screen to enlarge it.
A chatbot ends when the reply is sent. A Digital Employee is designed around the business process behind the question: the knowledge it needs, the team that owns the work and the point where a person should step in.
This is the workflow WOW Digital Employees are designed around. In the current demo, integrations are simulated, so the steps illustrate designed behavior and not live production automation.
Discover digital roles designed to support different areas of your business. One role has a working demonstration today; the others are in development.

WOW DIGITAL EMPLOYEE #002 · HOSPITALITY
Give your hotel team more capacity to focus on hospitality. WOW handles supported guest enquiries, registers service requests and keeps operational context organized — with your staff in control.
A guest requests extra towels. WOW captures the context, registers the request and makes it visible to the hotel team — turning a conversation into an actionable workflow.
Functional demonstration · Fictional hotel · Simulated integrations · Real-world deployment requires configuration and validation.
Sophie Martin, room 304, asks for two extra towels. WOW replies that it registered REQ-DEMO-005 and prepared it for Housekeeping. Guest Context Memory on the right holds the room, language and current intent.
The same request, REQ-DEMO-005, appears in the Request Center with status Registered for Housekeeping. The screen itself spells out that registration, routing, execution and resolution are separate things. The other rows are sample demo requests.
In the same session the guest asks about checking out at 4 PM. WOW answers from the hotel's policy: standard check-out is 12:00, and late check-out depends on availability and hotel confirmation. The earlier request ID stays in the session context.
The Hotel Brain is the structured knowledge the Digital Employee answers from: profile, check-in and check-out, food and beverage, facilities, policies, housekeeping, maintenance, contacts, escalation rules and FAQs. All content is fictional demo data.
Workforce Analytics in the demo combines a fixed baseline of example figures with a counter for the current demo session. The baseline is synthetic and is labelled as such on the screen.
WOW's vision is a shared layer of business knowledge that every Digital Employee works from, so each role answers and acts consistently.
In the demo, a fictional hotel's knowledge is organized by topic, and the Digital Employee answers from it. The demo screen states that when information is missing, WOW asks or escalates instead of guessing.
The broader goal is one shared knowledge layer across roles: policies, instructions, brand voice, workflow rules and escalation procedures defined once and used by every Digital Employee. This is a direction under development, not a released product.
Identify business needs, operational processes and digital roles.
Configure company knowledge, instructions and business rules.
Integrate relevant channels and business systems where supported.
Execute supported workflows with operational visibility and human oversight.
The principles every WOW Digital Employee is built around.
Answers come from what your business has defined, not from guesswork.
WOW Digital Employees are designed to adapt to the languages required by each business and market. Our current hospitality demonstration is configured for six languages, with additional languages subject to configuration and validation.
Requests are registered and routed as work, not left as conversation.
People keep judgment, sensitive decisions and exceptions. WOW hands over with context.
Each request has an ID, a department and a status staff can follow.
Room, language, channel and current intent stay with the session.
Channels such as WhatsApp, email and QR access are marked ready to connect in the demo. None are live there.
One approach to knowledge, rules and workflows that can extend to further roles.
WOW Digital Employees are designed for multilingual business environments, with language capabilities that can be configured and expanded according to each company's markets, customers and operational needs.
From hospitality to business operations, WOW combines digital work capacity, structured workflows and human oversight in solutions designed to adapt across industries and markets.
